Am apucat să-l ascult. Aşa la prima ascultare nu m-a impresionat prea tare. Îl mai ascult de câteva ori când apuc, să fiu sigur. Eventual îl ascult şi invers, să prind toate mesajele satanice subliminale în ebraică ale lui Bill! 
Oricum, nu se compară cu primul album...

Chiar nu mă aşteptam să i se simtă lipsa atât de tare! 
Cred că asta era interesant la ei, că erau o ciorbă de stiluri amestecate bine în farfurie! Acum, am ascultat 14 piese tipice de rap. Nu e ceva rău dar după primul album care a fost fenomenal, ăsta nu prea are cum să impresioneze... Să sperăm că la următorul "Everlast se întoarce"!

Daca o sa fie sanatoasa fica-sa si-si pune la punct treaba cu propriul label sotto se intoarce

Astea bonus cu ce ocazie sunt? Ce mă enervează pe mine că mai nou albumele sunt basic, deluxe, iTunes version, etc... Casetofonul meu nu mai ştie ce să facă!

The musical outputs of La Coka Nostra have been a slow build. Formed in 2005, the hip-hop collective dropped their oft-delayed A Brand You Can Trust to expected fanfare in 2009. Now, reuniting for their second official album—and this one without former member Everlast—Ill Bill, Slaine, DJ Lethal and Danny Boy sprinkle in all the elements of a hardcore underground release with Masters of the Dark Arts.
The aptly titled album finds Ill Bill and Slaine hawking mouthfuls of venomous lyrics and cultural and historical references over shadowy production from Lethal, DJ Premier, Statik Selektah and more. The team of producers provide racing strings and pounding percussion to satisfy the menacing lyricism throughout. Right out of the gate, the vivid, aggressive rhymes of the two MCs are brought to the forefront with “My Universe” and “Creed of the Greedier.” Later, a narrative fire is unleashed with “The Story Goes On,” is a cinematic rushing of synths and furious drums that should be the soundtrack to a heist in a film.
In a curious time for underground hip-hop, informed by the influence of the Internet and the merging of lanes that it creates, La Coka Nostra remain decidedly true to their core with their new album. The veteran crew remind that they are indeed masters of the dark arts. —Adam Fleischer (@AdamXXL)

Imediat îl întâlnește pe Slaine în Boston și îl aduce la LA pentru a înregistra câteva piese. Ulterior se alătură și membrii de la House of Paine și Ill Bill, iar în 2006 se zvonește faptul că La Coka Nostra lucrează la un album. La sfârșitul lui 2008, trupa semnează un contract cu Suburban Noize Records, iar în data de 14 iulie 2009 lansează A Brand You Can Trust care îi are ca invitați pe Snoop Dogg, Bun B, Sick Jacken, B-Real, Sen Dog, Immortal Technique, Big Left și Q-Unique .
În data de 2 martie 2012, Everlast anunță abandonarea trupei din cauza problemelor medicale prin care fiica sa trece, membrii La Coka Nostra fiind în prezent Ill Bill (ex Non-Phixion), Slaine (de la Special Teamz), Dj Lethal (actual membru House of Paine, ex membru Limp Bizkit) și Danny Boy (membru House of Paine).
În data de 31 iulie 2012, lansează cel de-al 2-lea album, “Masters of the Dark Arts”. De producție s-au ocupat Beat Butcha; C-Lance; DJ Lethal (de la House Of Pain + La Coka Nostra); DJ Premier (de la Gang Starr); Ill Bill ; Jack Of All Trades; Scott Stallone; Sicknature (de la Snowgoons) și Statik Selektah, iar invitații sunt Vinnie Paz de la Jedi Mind Tricks, Sean Price de la Heltah Skeltah, Thirsthin Howl III, Sick Jacken de la Psycho Realm și Big Left, fost membru La Coka Nostra.

da, sunt bonusuri de pe itunes. sunt singurul care uneori are impresia că îl ascultă pe Big Pun când o dă Ill Bill pe albumul ăsta?

M-ati speriat degeaba. E tare albumul, sunt cel putin 3 piese care ma rup rau de tot, chiar daca la un moment devine un pic monoton ca sound ( cred? ). Si ar fi fost tare sa fie si Everlast.
