Pioneering Hip-Hop producer Marley Marl suffered a heart attack yesterday (June 5) sources told AllHipHop.com.
While details are sketchy, sources said Marley Marl, born Marlon Williams, is in a New York area hospital and is in stable condition.
Marley Marl is one of the most influential producers in the history of Hip-Hop.
In the early 80's and 90's, Marley crafted seminal records for rappers like Eric B. & Rakim, MC Shan, Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, TLC, Masta Ace and Kool G. Rap.
Marley Marl's Juice Crew was also involved in rap's most famous feud with KRS-One and Boogie Down Productions, a beef which produced a number of classic Hip-Hop singles like "The Bridge" by MC Shan and KRS One's answer record, "The Bridge is Over."
Marley Marl and KRS One have since ended their feud and released an album together titled Hip-Hop Lives, which was released last month via Koch Records.
Representatives for the producer would not release any details as of press time, but asked fans to pray for Marley Marl's speedy recovery.
According to the most recent statistics released by the American Heart Association, Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) rank as the number one killer of African-Americans, with 1 in 5 suffering from some sort of CVD.

Sean Price spune ca o sa se retraga dupa urmatorul sau album. Nu stiu, felul in care o arde... ma face sa-l admir si mai mult.
Are you done as a solo artist after Mic Tyson?
I’m done.
Completely?
Completely. I’m done.
No more Heltah Skeltah or Boot Camp?
I’m done.
Did anything specific happen to lead you to this decision?
No. It’s time to move on. I’m done. There’s no beef, no riff and it’s nothing contractual. It’s nothing. I’m done. I had enough of this ****.
Do you want to get into other things?
I want to move on. I’m tired of this ****. “I love rap but I hate the game, matter of fact, *****, what’s my name? P-Body.” Yeah, you heard the song. I’m ****ing done.
What part of the game bothers you the most?
Everything. It’s not one thing. It’s everything. The only thing I’m happy about is my management team, Duck Down. Other than that, I don’t like nothing. I’m ready to get the **** out of here.
When will Mic Tyson come out?
I don’t know. I don’t even have a date yet. I know after the Heltah Skeltah album is completed. I pay attention to the project I’m working on. I can’t do three albums at once because nothing gets done. I’m paying full attention to this Black Milk and Guilty Simpson ****. I’m going to knock that out. Bong. Then I’m going to finish the Heltah Skeltah album. Bong. Then I’m going to have the Mic Tyson album. Then we might do another Boot Camp album and I’m done.
You’re not going to come back like Jordan, wearing the 4-5?
You might hear me on somebody’s single or feature, but as far as another Sean Price album, I doubt it very much. I’m not no fortune teller, so who knows? But I’m pretty sure with the way I feel right now, I’m done.
If you walked away after Mic Tyson, would you be happy with the mark you left on hip-hop?
No. Not at all. But it is what it is.
Is there anything you wish you could have changed?
Of course, but I’m not Superman. I can’t reverse the ****ing globe and go back in time. It is what it is. I’ve had my share of fun and I’ve had my share of disappointments. It is what it is.
Will you still tour when you’re done?
I’m going to work every album like I’m supposed to. I’m going to do my job. Don’t get it twisted. I’m not going to leave incomplete. I’m going to do what I have to do to make the album sell. But once that’s done, I’m out of here.
Has Dru Ha or Buckshot tried to talk you out of leaving the game?
Nah. They can’t, anyway. And that’s not even on no Debo ****. Dru is my manager but he’s also my friend. If he knows I don’t want to do it, he’s not going to force it.
You can’t force it anyway.
Exactly. For me to do another album after Mic Tyson, I need a better situation. I’m not dissing Duck Down, but I need more exposure, man. I kind of feel like I’ve done all I can do on this level. If me and Dru can’t get a better situation, then **** it, man. I’m done. I can’t do it no more. This **** is ****ing annoying.
There were rumors that Def Jam was interested. Did that ever pan out?
No, it didn’t. (laughs) There’s a lot of rumors going around, but don’t believe all the rumors. That’s what they are – rumors. I’m not going to lie. I did get calls from certain people at majors, but nothing panned out. I’m not mad at them, but it just didn’t work for me. I go where I want. Me and Dru know what we want and we’re not settling for nothing less. So nah, it didn’t work out.

Imperiul G-Unit se destrama?

50 says:
“I’ll fire everybody,” “I don’t give a f—. They’re capable of all of their responsibilities, but when they start slacking, they gotta get the f— outta here.”
Young Buck gets a good performance review — “He is the clean-up man because he’s actually selling” — with one caveat: “Sometimes he says things without being totally conscious of what he’s saying, so he’s gonna make mistakes.” And Tony Yayo, well, he’s set for life. “Yayo can’t be dropped, period,” 50 explained. “He doesn’t even need to sell records. As long as I’m breathing, he’s gonna be good. And if I’m not breathing, then he’s gonna be real good.” That’s right, 50 confirmed: Yayo’s in the will.

Chuck D's 18 Reasons Why Tupac Is Alive...
This theory was made by rapper Chuck D of Public Enemy after awhile of showing his sympathy then finding weird occurrences in the death of Tupac.

1. 2Pac died on Friday the 13th...
2. Las Vegas is a payoff City.. meaning all sorts of folks have been known to be on the take.. that means doctors, press, lawyers etc
3. The white Cadillac containing the assailants was never found... How could this be when Vegas is in the middle of a desert?
4. There's a small Black community on the North side of town.. This strip is only about 8 blocks long.. The attackers were Black.. Where did they go? Where did they hide?
5. The white Cadillac containing the gunmen passes a entourage of 2Pac's boys. Many of them body guards... No one gives chase and there are no witness...There were no witnesses on the street... How come? Why not?
6. The name of 2Pac's next album is Machiavelli.. He was an Italian war strategist who faked his death to fool his enemies... Perhaps 2Pac is doing the same thing..
7. The cover of his next album has 2Pac looking like Jesus Christ... Could he be planning a resurrection?
8. Las Vegas is in the middle of the desert.. How come there was no helicopter chase... If some one was to rob a casino.. The LVPD would've chased you down with some helicopters.. . How come this didn't happen with 2Pac shooting?
9. 2Pac was cremated the day after he died... Since when does some one get cremated the day after a murder... There was no autopsy
10. There were no ballistic tests... At least we haven't heard about them....
11. Las Vegas is still very much a mob town.. No one gets killed on the strip... You have to pretty much get permission in order for something like this to happen.. Who was calling the shots on this one?
12. 2Pac's vehicle got shot 12 times and Suge didn't get hit once.. He was 'grazed' by a bullet.. Why did 2Pac get shot all those times and Suge not get hit?
13. Suge said he drove 2Pac to the hospital and they had a coherent conversation? How bad was 2Pac hit? In addition to all this .. there are conflicting stories claiming that Quincy Jone's daughter was in the back of the car.. and then she wasn't.. what's the deal for real?
14. 2Pac has completed 2 movies and 3 lps that have yet to be released.. With so many people upset about 2Pac's death literally anything connected with him is bound to net a whole lot of cash...
15. Suge Knight and 2Pac are the only two music industry people on that high a profile with enough balls to pull off a stunt like faking death...
16. 2Pac's video 'I Ain't Mad At Ya' foretold his death ....
17. 2Pac always wore a bullet proof vest but for some strange reason he didn't wear one this time.. why not?
18. The memorial services that were open to the public were cancelled in both Los Angeles and Atlanta...

R.I.P. To Stack Bundles Of Dipset
Sources are saying rapper Stack Bundles was robbed and killed early this morning while on the way to his home in Far Rockaway. Hot 97’s DJ Envy saw the man last night at an incident free party.
R.I.P. to the man, cats out here are crazy these days. The media will definitely be blowing this up.
